Phillippa Brooklyn | Head Receptionist 

Phillippa joined Alma Veterinary Hospital as Receptionist in June 2007. Phillippa was promoted to Head Receptionist in June 2010 and is responsible for managing reception, dealing with insurance claims and client accounts on top of her normal reception duties. Before joining us Phillippa worked in the catering industry but has always had a strong passion for animals and has a cat called ‘Willow’. Out of work Phillippa enjoys reading novels and socialising.

Kirstie Woolley | Receptionist

Kirstie completed a 2 year course in Animal Care before going to work as a student nurse in another local practice. Kirstie has a strong interest in customer care and decided reception work was the path she wished to follow. Kirstie joined our team as receptionist  in August 2010. Kirstie has a Border Collie called Harvey who she enjoys going for long walks with as well as spending time with her niece.
