Our dedicated team at Alma are continuing to provide our 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency service.

For non-emergency help, we advise you to contact us by phone on 01753 858893 during our normal opening hours. Please be patient as the phone lines are very busy!

If the phones have been switched to our emergency message then please ring the number given in that message, if you believe that it is indeed an emergency (some guidance is given below as to serious conditions that do require urgent attention).

If you have any other concerns regarding the health and well-being of your pet then you can also email us on info@almavetswindsor.co.uk and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours.

Our staff numbers have been depleted, but our vets and nurses are working very hard to maintain our emergency service and continue to provide a repeat prescription facility for the animals in our care.

We thank you all very much for your continued support, and cooperation.

Stay safe!
