Natalie Simmonds

In January 1997 Natalie began working as a Kennels Assistant in a local practice which then led her to begin her training as a Veterinary Nurse when she turned 17 years old. Natalie joined Alma Veterinary Hospital in September 2000 and qualified in April 2002. Natalie trained to become a student nurse assessor and then became our Head Nurse in April 2003. Natalie supervises our large team of nurses and receptionists and manages the daily running of the practice. She has introduced nurse clinics and puppy parties to the practice and has a keen interest in canine behaviour, preventative healthcare and practice management. Natalie has 2 horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats and enjoys going horse riding, walking the dogs, traveling the world, music festivals and socialising.
